Smooth Move-In

All of our apartment homes must satisfy a rigorous process, where we inspect, check, and repair items before you move in. The goal is to make sure everything is perfect on move-in day, so you can immediately enjoy your new home. With your move-in comes a no-worries lease – our promise that your needs are satisfied. We promise you will be satisfied or we will make it right. If you ever have a problem, tell us as quickly as possible, so we can immediately address your concerns.

Exceptional Maintenance Team

Our maintenance team and staff are unmatched. All Metropolitan personnel have met rigorous pre-employment standards, including drug testing, criminal background searches, DMV checks, and reference verifications. When a Maintenance Technician comes into your home, you can feel confident the best person for the job is resolving the issue. All our personnel are required to complete a minimum of 40 hours of training before they can perform their duties.  In addition, our team has an experienced history with an average company tenure of over 11 years. Our staff is committed to your satisfaction and comfort.

Attentive Resident Relations

Our residents are our focus. Our call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with experienced call takers ready to serve. In addition, our maintenance personnel will immediately respond to emergencies and all other calls are solved within 24 hours*. Our personnel will respect your home by assuring the job is done cleanly and your property is cared for as if it were our own. We also offer a resident referral program, as well as strongly encourage resident feedback. We strive to continually improve and value your feedback in that pursuit.

*On business days, Non-emergency maintenance calls are solved within 24 hours. On weekends or holidays, we will solve your problem the next business day. 24 Hour Maintenance does not apply in inclement weather or if an outside contractor or special parts are required.
